There are various surgical techniques available to elevate the brow, and the choice often depends on whether there are concerns regarding eyebags and your preferences regarding scar placement. Among all the procedures we provide, brow lifting offers the widest range of options, tailored to your desires and unique anatomy. In many instances, Botox injections may suffice to achieve a natural brow lift.
The primary types of brow lifts we offer include the temporal brow lift, which features a discreet scar located within the hairline at the temple. This is a frequently used method, as many individuals experience drooping primarily in the outer brow area. Another common technique is the trans-palpebral browpexy, which lifts the brow using the same incision made for upper eyelid bag removal (located in the upper lid crease). This is typically suitable for patients with both upper eyelid bags and brow concerns. Additionally, the gliding brow lift involves a limited scar in the temple area but requires several external sutures that may appear unusual for a couple of days while in the forehead skin. This technique secures the brow in a higher position.
There are other brow lift options available to meet your specific requirements, depending on your anatomy and desired result. Generally, asymmetry is common in brows, but surgical intervention can often enhance symmetry while repositioning the brows to restore a youthful appearance.
